Just a quickie, how do you post a picture in your message please? :?

I'm trying to put one in another message I'm typing out! :oops:

Any advice appreciated

host it somewhere like http://imageshack.us/

then when making a post use the [ img ] tag, after uploading it there it shouldgive you the code to put the picture into the message, if not its [img]link[/img]
