I came across some old posts talking about the developing a rear anti-roll bar. Did it ever happen?

the Addco rear anti sway bar is still in the market but it is known to deform the engine cradle lower plate and give other issues. Toby from DPNW did a nice prototype but never mass produced..
I think MartinG (stunned monkey) was doing something but again not sure if it happened. I have a feeling in my water Stargliders car may have been destined for one?
Chris
Lotus decided the car didn't need one.
My car has a Martin G rear anti-roll bar fitted. Not sure just how effective it is as I've never driven any other D's to compare.

Any pics mate?

Lotus also "decided" the car needed long, soft springs on the front.... (VX220 owners have for years been fitting Elise parts to ensure their cars handle as well as they should)

The ARB does what all ARBs do - it makes for flatter cornering and a tighter feel, but loses some ultimate grip, but makes for greater control when it does let go. This last part is fairly useless in a stock DeLorean Mr Green

I've done 3 sets but never got around to formalising the "blades" between bar and drop links. The bar runs through the tunnel beneath the engine unlike the addco one.
Out of interest. Are there any available? What sort of price?
