sorry its a bit late, but does anyone fancy getting together before Xmas for a meal
and a few beers?
I'm thinking of just booking the Hogs Head at Awsworth again where we went last
year.
Any ideas on dates that would be good for people?
I dont think we can do the 13/14th weekend, but waiting to hear for definate.

And the venue is good too, mind you the American diner was a nice meal too...

i think the only weekend Phill and I can do is 20/21 December, as next weekend
we have Phill's grandsons birthday, and Kezia is also at a friends birthday party.
If thats cutting things fine for people (plus we might struggle to book anywhere this
late), shall we look at a meet up somewhere in the new year/spring time?
Theres another US diner near Cannock which has a decent car park too.
I'd be up for a post new year meet, but pre Xmas arrangements at this late stage is just not going to happen for me I'm afraid. I'm heading to Edinburgh the weekend before Xmas to stay with the folks for a couple of weeks.
Yes, it's not the end of the world making it happen before Xmas. I have my works Xmas party on Friday 19th so I will be full after that till at least Sunday!
If you still decide to go out, I will still come along, but if a new years do suits everybody better, see you whenever it is!
