Just came across these on ebay in Germany, which look interesting.

No association with the seller but if someone was looking for an unusual mod... you need to cut your sills though Shock
He has other DMC / BTTF stuff too.
I'm pretty sure that's ALEXKAOS in Greece. He has extensive threads on DMCTalk and the other UK forum detailing his build and the parts he is making.
It is definitely ALEXKAOS. I've just taken delivery of set with red glass/plastic and it looks fantastic. Can't wait to get it illuminated.
I'm glad 'Flashy' will be living up to her name!

I must admit I had thought about them…good for you Spencer.

.
Both sides/sills now lit up on my bench.... now the tricky part of fitting the things!

Anyone gone here before me? Tips appreciated.
I think Claire and Phill have been there before.

Just a thought…I think I wrecked a set in the past by having the isolating switch, switched off…and then putting a battery charger clipped on in the engine bay….just a thought as LEDs like to get regular power. I'm sure there are plenty on bright folk out there who will explain the ins and outs.
I found this picture today of my blue sills and Tracey at the NEC in 05.

They're good, but they're not quite Carling....

I've just installed these onto my D Mr Green
Much as I'd like to claim credit for them, they're Martin G's design. I merely brought them to life with a bit of electronics.
They look great Richard. Do you have to cut the sill plastic to fit them?

Clarkson likes illuminated tread plates, perhaps he could learn to like Deloreans…..if they were so equipped?

Now I do like those... soon to be seen on a website near you perhaps?
