Hi, Similar story to most people here - always wanted one and love the history!

Not a mechanic but generally like fiddling (and normally breaking) stuff. Have restored a MK 1 Mexico, built a Mini Cooper lookee likee for my daughter and built an AC Cobra kit car. Reduced to driving a Focus now after my wife made me get rid of my beloved Alfa Brera which she refused to drive. On the upside I'm allowed a new project....

Have looked at the DOC site a few times in the past, and you seem to be quite an interesting chummy group if I may say so! Can't wait to get involved!

BTW I'm in Waterlooville just outside of Portsmouth.

Thanks for the welcome folks! Can't make the Dorset thing I'm afraid, would have loved to have a chat. Hopefully another time soon.
