Hi everyone,

Have had an interest in the delorean since the first back to the future film, corny I know.

Would like to get one in the future when I can afford one, more for my son than for me. He is 15 and actually loves the car more than I do.

I have a request for my son, bit of a long shot really. On the 4th July, he has his school prom at Pride Park Stadium, Derby and I was wondering if there are any Delorean owners near South Derbyshire that would be willing to offer my son a lift from our house in Swadlincote to Pride Park, Derby. He has done very well with school work and deserves a treat, especially as he was not going to go. Hope you guys don't mind me asking.

Hi and welcome to the forum, there are a few cars and club members in your area and I'm sure they will be in touch, however there are I understand huge issues around potential hires to proms, mainly around hire and reward. However if someone is happy to do this for free then I'm not sure these rules apply.
