Looking at some pics on one my facebook "liked" groups and came across these pics of a part3 time machine, i don't know where it is
but i think it needs to stay there..!!!!..not exactly screen accurate and the stainless looks like its been done with sandpaper..in circles..!!
especially on the bonnet...!!!
Looks like it might have been painted?
Poor car- looks like the dashboard was cannibalised for the 'wormhole emitter' thing on the top of the car,you can clearly see in the rear view the 2 rubber sleeves that join it to the heater box!
There should be a law against this type of thing!!
(And the B&Q plastic plumbing pipes-fail!)
This is VIN#10248 and it's in Canevaworld in Verona Italy. Last I heard is that it has been painted silver and 'cleaned up' a bit (only a bit ...).

look at the state of the bonnet….looks as though someone has been dancing on it. Ive never felt sorry for a car before!

( when we did by BTTF car, not one hole was drilled it in and it was returned to absolute stock condition afterwards) The photo shows "Herman" in the background, the recipient of all the bits.

They actually look like two completely different BTTF cars.

In a Spot the Difference contest, apart from the bottom one having it's stainless painetd and the facias going from grey to black, I can see (and this is where my lack of BTTF knowledge lets me down):

The rectangular things on the lower front fender are different colors
The 'worm hole emitter" on the roof is different
The props in the right quarter panel are completely different
There is extra "stuff" on the dashboard

To my humble knowledge, all I know is that it's the same car that was repainted... Maybe it was 'updated' by the parkowners? I could be wrong offcourse after seeing your remarks ... Perhaps someone can come up with proof whether this is the same car or not?
On the (old) Italian DeLorean clubsite there are a few picture of a (unfinished BTTF) DeLorean in Canevaworld (Italy), but whether this is the same car, it doesn't say ...

http://www.outatime.it/it/canevaworld/

Maybe one of the Italian DeLorean owners can shed a light on this?

That's what I thought too, and at first glance I still thought it.

But at second and third glance I started to see some differences. I have no idea about BTTF cars and don't know if all the changes are as a result of trying to revamp the car as a proper Pt II car.

Need some "eyes on the ground" as they say in the movies. (Or as Chris says, one of the Italian owners to update us)
