Not a bad one considering its been upgraded with the wings aloft and a custom set of speakers in the back, frame looks like its been powder coated recently.
Will sell for a lot more than advertised I would imagine

Looking pretty good. 4 days left, price probably going up quite a bit.

This is still at $21,700 with 5 hours left. No reserve.

Crazy? Or is it normal and people will just wait for last minute offers?

It will be relisted careless of sale price. Deloreans tend to get listed a few times before they actually sell. Ebay is full of timewasters and chancers
Has anybody seen this? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DELOREAN-DMC-...1438.l2649

Car looks great, but sketchy description not very well written...

Odd one this, everything about it shouts 'scam' however It could well be a genuine car, the pictures don't look to me as if they have been taken in the UK.
Best to ask if you can view it and see what the reaction is it may well indeed be a recent import so don't discount it.
Chris
I recon it looked genuine (we were in Poland last week). Now seems to be sold.
Hey guys, this just came up, thoughts? https://www.ebay.com/itm/254313453497

I asked for the reserve price, driveability and condition of the underside.
Subject to clean title and a photo of under both ends of the chassis frame.....I think is a good restoration project .
This might be my only option at the moment price-wise! ?

Thoughts??

If I wasn't in the middle of a house move I'd be tempted myself!

Wow, very, very rare for a project to come up in the UK. However....... I have just (nearly) finished a much smaller (Bond Bug) abandoned restoration project and it's amazing how many bits/parts were missing more importantly impossible to source (though a DeLorean is much better catered for) and expensive. that's the warning over with Big Grin
At least you can see what your buying/getting into and get the chassis to how you want it before re-fitting it, how you would move it all I'm not sure plus you would need a large area to put it in.  It certainly a keenly priced project and 'may be' a very good buy.

Chris
I always distrust ads that say "easy fix" or "simple work" - easy for some, not for others; and I wouldn't buy this one unless you know your capabilities.

I would also ask for photos of every part included in the sale, or at the very least, a list. For example, there are no fascias shown, or mentioned? Included or not? All 4 wheels? Pedantic, maybe, but we have all heard the bad ebay stories.
"not one of the horible last cars that were thrown together."

??
"This is a mid-production car (in the 3000's) not one of the horible last cars that were thrown together"

I would argue its a mid production car and totally disagree that the later cars were put together badly. Quality improved as time went on.

If i was the seller, i would try to put as much of it back together and get a higher asking price. Its a big job if you ask me.

However, if he wants to part out manuals, i would happily take them
